General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General Terms and Conditions of Sensorox GmbH & Co. KG for consumers placing orders through the Sensorox online shop.

These terms and conditions can be accessed, printed or saved at any time via www.sensorox.de/agb.

The online shop is operated by Sensorox GmbH & Co. KG, registered at the Freiburg Local Court under HRA 703756.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession pursuant to § 13 BGB.

Customers may select products, place them in the shopping cart and submit a binding order using the button “Order with obligation to pay”.

Before submitting the order, all entered data can be reviewed, modified or deleted at any time.

By placing the order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

The automated order confirmation email simultaneously constitutes acceptance of the offer and therefore concludes the purchase contract.

All prices shown on the website include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

New customers may order on invoice up to a maximum order value of €100.00.

In case of delayed payment, default interest amounting to 5% above the European Central Bank base rate may be charged.

Invoice payment is subject to approval by Sensorox.

Orders are shipped after receipt of the order or after payment has been received in case of advance payment.

If products become temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

Delivery times may be extended appropriately in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events beyond Sensorox’s control.

Payments already made will of course be refunded in such cases.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, dimensions and visual appearance may vary depending on screen settings. The product description is decisive.

Sensorox is fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, personal injury and under product liability law.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

The statutory limitation period for claims is 24 months from delivery.

German law shall apply excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Should individual provisions of these terms become invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain unaffected.
