🛒 Orders & Customer Account
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can also place an order without creating a customer account.
Simply select the option “Do not create a customer account”
during checkout.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. All products can also be purchased individually.
Is there a small order surcharge?
No. We do not charge any small quantity surcharge.
Do the prices include VAT?
All displayed prices already include statutory VAT.
Business customers can request a reseller account.
After approval, net prices and individual reseller conditions will be displayed.
Is payment by invoice available?
Companies, public institutions and research facilities
may order on invoice after approval.
Please select “Invoice” as payment method during checkout.

we also manufacture custom solutions including
individual cable lengths, special connectors,
